Vac Place is in great condition & fully stocked
with everything we needed. Awesome location. Comfortable accommodations for 4
adults & 2 children, TVs in every bedroom, so everyone did not have to
watch Disney channel with 6 yr old, refridge w/ water/ice dispenser saved money on bottled

We really loved the hominess of your condo.
You have thought of really every comfort. I felt very at home which is very
hard for me to do. You have a beautiful home here and we especially loved
your very large shower. The best part for me was the view. I loved waking up
to see and hear the ocean. We are from the central part of Kansas which is
the center of the United States, so obviously we were thrilled with every

We live only 30 minutes from this beautiful
condo. We had everything we needed and then some. Everything was so clean,
and very well taken care of. Our family of 7 stayed here very comfortably and
my daughter and 2 grandsons came to visit for the day and were so pleasantly
surprised at how beautiful everything was. We felt very safe & secure
here. The neighbors were so friendly and the cleaning staff was great. The
view was breathtaking and the sunsets were absolutely Beautiful. We are
coming back in November with the my husband's
children and can't wait to share this hidden treasure with them as well. Joel
was great to work with and the communication was outstanding. We will tell
everyone about this Jewel we found. We felt so welcomed here - we really

This was the best rental we've had. The
location is prime. The unit was a great size and was
stocked with most of the comforts from home. Joel was great with
communicating before and during our stay to ensure we were prepared and had
what we needed. Our family had a wonderful time and we discussed making this

We have been to AMI the last 3 years, but
this is our first time staying here. We loved the place and felt right at
home. Our young children were safe here and had room to be kids. The only
thing I wish we could have is a lock on the front door that a young child
can't reach. We chased our 2 year old a couple of times because the door
wouldn't lock. We had a great time and will most likely be back next year!

This was our 4th visit to AMI and our 3rd
time in this condo. We LOVE it here! This is probably the nicest unit we've
ever rented - Joel & Denise really care about making guests feel welcome
and comfortable. The weather didn't exactly cooperate
this trip but we had a great time anyway. It's always relaxing to be near the
water. We brought bicyles - its so nice to be able to ride where drivers are
courteous to cyclists. :-) The highlight of the trip was probably the
afternoon we spent sailing with Captain Ulvera.
He's great! Very laid back & relaxing afternoon.
He let the boys take the helm - even let Robert bring it all the way into the
dock. He provides water & adult beverages too (annamariasailing.com) As

You will be overwhelmed by
the wonderful view from the balcony, lapping waves, a beach with sand
textured like powder sugar, a restaurant scene to meet every taste, and you
will be surrounded by "Happy" people! The condo has three bedrooms,
(the master overlooks the beach) a well stocked
kitchen, towels, washer and dryer, flat screen tv's,
with cable! If this unit were for sale, I would buy for myself. The owners
definitely take pride of ownership! I will be back as soon as I am able. This
was one of the best rental experiences I have had, and we rent units four to
five times a year. The owner is great; any questions, no matter how trivial
will be answered promptly. Just DO IT! |

Have you ever sat in a
traffic jam, an office on a wet grey miserable day, an airport waiting to
board a very long delayed flight and wished you were some
place else? Well this is the place!! Tranquility personified and with
all the trimmings. What better way to go to sleep than lulled by the gentle
sound of the waves caressing a sandy beach, awakening to the days chorus of a
thousand birds, the warm breeze from the gulf, and the aroma of fresh coffee
from the automatic coffee maker. This place gives so much pleasure it could
draw a tear from a glass eye! Hi Joel and Denise, Thank you for letting us

location on the beach-you can walk to everything that you need-restaurants, bars, and shops. (And the all-important ice cream parlor!)
The Publix is just a trolley ride away. I love to wake up, see the beautiful
beach from my comfy bed, drink my coffee and just relax! All amenities in the
kitchen that you could need for broiling your grouper and boiling your
shrimp. I love the master bath with the huge shower and big walk-in closet.
You can actually see the ocean while you shower! Joel and Denise have a
beautiful condo! |

The month went way to fast.
Just when you think there is nothing more to say about Joel and Denise's bit
of paradise I would like to add a very positive thought for those of you who
may have accessibility issues. This condo is a dream, from the elevator to
the step in shower. I am dependent on a power wheel chair and need lifts for
all transfers. With limited modifications (if you have any questions, ask
Joel as he saw what I had to do) I recommend this condo W/O hesitation (the
shower is not a roll in). At night when the lights are out do
not forget to open the blinds in the MBR to enjoy watching the phases of the
moon, wishing stars and if you are real lucky, shooting STARS! Your courage,
cheerfulness and resolution helps me carry on - Dougout

Key and Anna Maria Island numerous times and have stayed at probably 5 or 6

This is a fantastic place!
Lots of room - in new condition - great view of the gulf - actually 30
seconds to the beach. We saw 10-15 dolphins from the time we got here . Joel made us feel "at home", like we
