a short walk away. Just across the street in the island's historic

Beach clock tower and a long wooden pier that extends out into the
waters of the Bay. If you enjoy fishing, it's a great spot to cast a line
and catch your lunch or just take a stroll and watch the sailboats and cruisers pass by.
Bradenton Beach Marina is just a
short walk if you want to rent a boat. Enjoy a five star meal at one of
the fantastic and unique restaurants on the island. Make a stop at the
ice cream parlor for a tasty treat! A miniature golf course is just �
block away. Directly in front of the condo, on Gulf Drive,
is the Island Trolley Stop which offers free transportation around the island.
Also, for a small fee, they will transport you off the island down to Longboat Key,
St. Armand’s Circle, and/or Sarasota Town Center.
The Tampa airport is 1 hour away, Sarasota/Bradenton airport is 30 minutes away, and the
Orlando theme parks are just 1-1/2 hours away. There is a golf course
on the island and 45 more courses close by.
