| Is there a grill onsite? Are grills allowed on the lanai? | Currently there is not a grill onsite. Due to the fire code, no grills are allowed on the lanai. |

| How many people does your condo accommodate? | The maximum is 8 people as stated in the rental agreement. Anyone found to have over 8 people will forfeit all funds and be asked to leave immediately. |
| Does your Property have an elevator? What floor are you located on? | Yes, our building has an elevator. Our building has 3 floors and 8 units. The Ground floor is the covered garage where your assigned parking spaces are. Floor 1 is the first living floor and is where Units 1-4 are located. Floor 2 is the second living floor where Units 5-8 are located. We are on Floor 1. |
| How large is your unit? | Our condo is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1,400 sq feet of living space. Two bedrooms have Queen beds and the master has a king bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. |
| What do we have for beach supplies? | We provide 8-12 beach towels. Guests sometimes leave behind chairs, toys, and umbrellas which we leave out for your use. If you want or need specific beach supplies, please refer to the section below on how to rent them to be delivered to our condo. |
| Is there assigned parking? | Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. Please park in the two assigned parking spots for our unit. Visitors may park in the public parking outside of the condo at the public beach access. |
| Are there TVs in the unit? | There is a 52" 1080p Sony Bravia LCD TV, HDTV, and DVD player in the living room area. There are 26" 1080p LCD TV, new DVD player in each Guest bedroom. The Master Suite has a wall mounted TV but is not HD. |
| What time is check in? What time is check out? Can we check in early? Can we check out late? | Check in time is 3pm local time and check out is 10am local time. No early check ins or late check outs are allowed due to the time needed to clean our condo for the next guests to arrive. |

| Who rents beach and baby equipment? | Fun and More will deliver to our condo and pickup any items, including baby items, which you may need for your vacation. We have used them time and time again with excellent results! Fun & More Rentals |
| Do you allow Pets? | NO PETS ALLOWED. The fine will be forfeit of security deposit plus additional cleaning fees. |
| Do you allow Smoking? | NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the condo or on the lanai. The fine will be forfeit of security deposit plus additional cleaning fees. |

| Do you have a pool? | Our property does have a private pool for use by the 8 units in our building. The pool is facing the beach and is partly shaded to provide a shelter from the sun if needed. |
